If you feel overwhelmed, tense or disconnected from yourself, this space is for you.
This is not about performance or perfect poses.
It is about slowing down, reconnecting with your body and gently regulating your nervous system.

In this session, we combine soft movement, breath and somatic awareness to help your body shift out of stress and into a state of calm and safety.
You will be guided through a gentle practice that supports you in:
– releasing tension
– calming your mind
– reconnecting with your body
– creating a sense of inner stability
No prior experience is needed.

– feel stressed or overwhelmed in daily life
– have a busy mind and find it hard to slow down
– are sensitive and need grounding
– want a calm, supportive and non-judgmental space
