1:1 Nervous System Yoga

Gentle, body-based practice for regulation, relaxation and reconnection

 

Do you feel tense, restless or exhausted –

and your body just won’t settle?

 

In this 1:1 session (60 min), we work directly with your nervous system.

Through gentle movement, breath and awareness, you gradually return to a calmer, more balanced state.

 

 

💛 What to expect

 

This session is individually tailored to you.

 

We work with:

• gentle, regulating yoga (e.g. somatic based practices)

• conscious breathing

• body awareness and sensing

 

There is nothing you need to achieve.

You are invited to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

 

 

🌿 This session is for you if:

• you feel stressed, overwhelmed or overstimulated

• you find it hard to relax or switch off

• you want to feel safer and more at home in your body

• you long for a calm, supportive space

 

After the session, you may feel:
