In this 1:1 session (60 min), we work directly with your nervous system.

Through gentle movement, breath and awareness, you gradually return to a calmer, more balanced state.

We work with:

• gentle, regulating yoga (e.g. somatic based practices)

• conscious breathing

• body awareness and sensing

 

There is nothing you need to achieve.

You are invited to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.
